They are selling a replica which I bought and it is exactly like the real one. I put it to the test and it passed with flying colors. 

I left in in the sink full of water and it was completely dry when I took it out an hour later. I tested it three more times and till this day, my iphone has not gotten wet. If you're tight on money but need a waterproof case, go for it. Most of the time you're only overpaying for brand name anyways.
